Sport week 2018 Registration forms

Participate must have to follow following rules.

Instructions
1	One student can not be part of two different teams in same game
2	Once team is fixed can not be altered in any case
3	One student can take part in maximum 3 games
4	List of students and teams has to be filled up and submitted in hard copy only
5	Participate must have register online only and it is open till 16:00hrs of 17th Jan-18
6	Team number has to be given as
	Mech...............M1,M2...
	Elect................E1,E2....
	Civil................C1,C1...
	EC...................EC1,EC2...
	Computer.........CE1,CE2..
7	Girls and boys together can not be in same team (in kho-kho, carrom, tug of war etc)
8	Minimum and maximum team members are strickly as per game format and rules
9	Chess and Carrom turnaments will be first played inter department
10	Students are allowed to form inter-class or inter-department team
	provided that above rules not violated Volleyball (Only Boys) Kabbaddi (Only Boys) Kho-Kho Chess Carrom Badminton Tug of War
